Here you will find information about operating a whipped cream machine.

Operation

Step 1:

  • Make sure the appliance is installed correctly following the "installation" guide.
  • Turn on the appliance using the left power "ON/OFF" button.

NOTE: Its advised to let the appliance cool to a temperature approximately +4°C - +5°C before introducing the liquid cream.

Step 2:

  • Pour the quantity of liquid cream corresponding to the capacity of the machine into the reserve container.
  • Adjust the air valve to obtain the rise in volume required for the whipped cream. The valve should be adjusted depending on the type liquid cream used (for example: animal or plant based).

NOTE: The air valve setting is factory-set to "3". The air valve value should only be read when standing in front of the appliance, the value set is number facing the user.

ATTENTION!

Cream with a fat content of less than 33% is defined as “low-fat” and tends not to increase volume.

Cream with a fat content of more than 35% is defined as “full-fat” and tends to increase volume until it begins to “churn”.

(Check "labyrinth tolerance chart" for more information about what % fat is need for your currently supplied labyrinth.)

Step 3:

  • Press the dispensing button and have a container ready to collect the whipped cream.

NOTE:

Its recommended to dispense at a temperature between +2°C - +4°C, at other temperatures its not guaranteed that the appliance will output the "expected" volume and texture.

If the whipped cream is too liquid, this indicates that there is not enough air being supplied and the air valve should be adjusted to a slightly higher setting.

If the whipped cream is chunky and churn, this indicates that there is to much air being supplied. Churned cream obstructs the labyrinth, therefore if the cream dispensed is churned set the valve to "0" and turn "OFF" the machine. Follow the "cleaning" guide and try again with a lower setting on the air supply valve.

ATTENTION!

Regularly check the level of liquid cream in the container.

If the machine has been idle for more than 2 hours, the components in the cream will start to separate. Its recommended to stir the cream with the supplied paddle to have to components in the cream mix and stay homogeneous.

Step 4:

  • Once finished with the machine, the leftover liquid cream can be kept at a temperature below +6°C.
  • Follow the "cleaning" guide if the appliance is no longer operating.
