Operating
Step 1:
- Ensure parts are installed correctly as mentioned in "Installation" guide.
- Cut the product in pieces that can fit in the feeding tube easily.
ATTENTION! Ensure that the meat if free of bones and does not have tough tendons attached to it. Do not use frozen products.
Step 2:
- Switch "ON" the appliance using the key switch on the side of the appliance.
- Gently push the product into the shaft with the supplied pusher. Excessively pushing may cause damage to the appliance.
ATTENTION!
Never push product through the shaft by hand, this can cause serious injuries.
Only use the supplied pusher to push products through the shaft. Other objects may cause damage to the appliance.
Do not push products through the shaft while it is switched "OFF"
- Collect the minced meat from the other end of the appliance.
Step 3:
- When finished and the appliance is no longer being used, turn "OFF" the key switch on the side of the appliance.
- Clean the appliance according to the "cleaning" guide at the end of each day the appliance has been used.
ATTENTION!
Regular cleaning is necessary to prolong the use of the appliance and because of sanitary regulations.
NOTE: If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the main socket.
