Here you will find information about operating an analog combisteamer oven.
Operation
The oven is equipped with 3 analog knobs that control Time/Temperature/Humidity. The light indicators at the bottom show power and elements that are in function.
Step 1:
- Start by preheating the oven to the temperature you desire. You can do this by setting a time (top control knob) and increasing the temperature (middle control knob) to the desired settings.
- Once the oven has reached the desired temperature you can now introduce the product inside the oven chamber.
Step 2:
- Once the product is placed inside the oven, set the desired amount of humidity (bottom control knob) required.
- The humidity knob has 5 setting each one representing a 20% humidity increase. When set to 5 the oven will constantly spray water in the cooking chamber, it is recommended to have the oven operating above 110°C in order to optimize the vapor production.
Step 3:
- The oven has reached the set temperature when the control thermostat light switches off.
- The orange indicator light of the automatic humidifier indicates that the oven is producing vapor in the cooking compartment.
- When the product has finished cooking, remove it and follow the "cleaning" instruction for safe and clean maintenance.
