Cleaning
ATTENTION!
For hygienic reasons, it is good practice to clean the cooking chamber at the end of each cooking cycle, otherwise it should be cleaned at least once at the end of each day’s use.
Step 1:
- Ensure that the appliance has cooled down before cleaning it.
- Use a special stainless steel degreasing product on the inside of the oven (do not spray the fan grills) and shut the doors for 20 minutes to let the product act.
- Turn on the oven with a temperature between 70-80°C and run the cycle with maximum humidity for about 15 minutes.
Step 2:
- Once the cycle is finished switch off the oven, let the chamber cool down, and flush with a wet cloth and the shower provided.
- To dry the oven set the cycle to run with a temperature between 150-160°C for about 10 minutes.
- Once the oven has dried leave the door slightly open and leave it cool down.
Step 3:
- Remove the side grill by unscrewing the 4 screws and cleaning separately with the drain plug.
- Check the following articles for periodic cleaning maintenance.
ATTENTION!
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol-based cleaning agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the machine.
