Here you will find information about operating a combisteamer deluxe oven.


 

Operations

 

The combisteamer deluxe oven can be run in 2 modes "manual" or "Programmed".

Functions:

 8|Set temperature in cooking chamber.

 9|See current temperature in cooking chamber 

10|Set core probe temperature.

11| See current temperature on core probe.

12|Set "DELTA-T" temperature.

25|Turn "On/Off" inner chamber light.

16|Decrease motor speed to half speed.

17|Fully stop the inner motor fan.

 

 

Step 1: (operating in manual mode)

  • Use the "On/Off" button(24) to turn on the appliance.
  • Start by choosing the parameter you would like to modify by using the "°C" button(13). (see functions above) 
  • Use the corresponding knob to set the required values.
  • Press the "Phase" button(5) if you would like to add multiple cooking phases.
  • Finally using the bottom knob select the constant humidity in the chamber, each LED represents 10% humidity.

 

Step 2:

  • Place your product inside of the oven.
  • If you would like to use the probe now is time to insert the probe to the center of your product.
  • You can now also set the probe temperature using the "°C" button(13) and adjusting the set core probe temperature using the knob on the left of the button.
  • Once the oven is operational you can keep an eye out for the core temperature using the ?️ function under the probe parameter.
  • When finished using the appliance its recommended to clean at least once at the end of each day. Please follow the "cleaning" guide.

 

Step 3: (Using the Delta-T parameter)

NOTE: This function allows keeping the difference between the temperature inside the food (measured by the needle probe) and the temperature in the cooking chamber constant.

  • To set the temperature difference for the “▵T” function, press the "°C" button(13) button until the led lights up next to the ▵T symbol and then turn equivalent knob.
  • The value entered will determine the temperature difference between the inner chamber temperature and the core probe temperature and the oven will maintain this constant throughout the whole cooking cycle. 

 

Step 4: (Programming the oven)

NOTE: The combisteamer is able to remember up to 99 programs.

  • Press the "Prog/Memo" button and the program number should appear on the display.
  • Use the arrow buttons to select the program number (be aware there are no preset programs with this oven)
  • Press select and follow the above instructions to adjust the program setting to your needs, you can set up to 4 steps in the cooking cycle for your program by using the "phase" button.
  • Press the "Prog/Memo" button for 5 seconds to save the program to your library the appliance should give a beep to confirm the program was stored.
  • To delete a program simply overwrite it with a new one.

 

Step 5: (using a preset program)

  • Press the arrow buttons and the program number should appear on the display.
  • Use the arrow buttons to navigate and select the program number.
  • Press on the "Start/Stop" button to start cooking with the preset program.
