Here you will find information about operating a combisteamer oven.


 

Operations

 

The combisteamer ovens can be run in 2 modes "manual" or "Programmed", these are divided into 3 steps TIME/TEMP/HUMIDITY. In the following article these will be explained.

Step 1:

  • Use the select button to choose the desired cooking parameter, the LED of the chosen parameter will light up.


  • Once the cooking parameter is selected, use the "+" & "-" buttons to increase and decrease the values on the digital display.


  • The "clock" icon refers to the time you would like the oven to run for, this value can be set anywhere from 01 minutes to 9 hours and 59 minutes.


  • The "temperature" icon will set the temperature you would like the oven to operate, it can be set anywhere from 30°C  - 260°C.


  • Finally the "humidity" icon will set the humidity level you would like the oven to operate at, this parameter can be set from 0 to 100% (continuous humidity).


  • Use the phase button to select or create extra steps for the cooking cycle (each step is fully modular and must be set manually). (This is optional) 

 

Step 2:

  • Place your dish inside of the oven and shut the door.
     
  • Press on the "start/stop" button to start the oven with the current set parameters.


  • During the cycle if it is interrupted by pressing the "Start/Stop" button, all set parameters will be reset and the oven readies for a new cooking cycle. 


  • To edit the cooking cycle while operational simply press the "select" button and use the "+" & "-" buttons to navigate which parameter you would like to edit and press "select" to choose and edit.


  • The manual humidifying button serves to add continuous humidity while pressed, however if there is a humidifying program already in course pressing the manual humidifier will override the automatic function.


  • When finished using the appliance its recommended to clean at least once at the end of each day. Please follow the "cleaning" guide.

 

Step 3: (Programming the oven)

The combisteamer oven is able to remember up to 99 programs.

  • Press the "Prog/Memo" button and "P01" should appear on the display.


  • Use the "+" & "-" buttons to select the program number (be aware there are no preset programs with this oven)


  • Press select and follow the above instructions to adjust the program setting to your needs, you can set up to 4 steps in the cooking cycle for your program by using the "phase" button.


  • Press the "Prog/Memo" button for 5 seconds to save the program to your library.

 

Step 4: (using a preset program)

  • Press the "Prog/Memo" button and "P01" should appear on the display.


  •  Use the "+" & "-" buttons to select the program number.


  • Press on the "Start/Stop" button to start cooking with the preset program.
