Safety Features

Safety switch: All electric fryers are equipped with a safety switch located either behind or under the heating element. This switch ensures that the heating element is placed correctly on the machine before operation.

Reset button: The reset button is a fail-safe mechanism switch that cuts electrical power to the appliance due to overheating protection. If the appliance gets too hot it will automatically disjunct the electricity, to enable the appliance from functioning again the reset switch must be pushed back into place.
