Manual Mode: The appliance start and stop manually.

Auto Mode: This setting
 operates the appliance with thehelp of the analog timers for fast and slow speed.

Inching: This button starts the machin, mainly used to rotate the bowl the the desired position.


Step 1: 

  • When the appliance is plugged the "Power" LED will illuminate.
  • First open the safety guard and insert the desired amount of water into the bowl.
  • Then enter half of the flour needed for the kneading process.
  • Start the appliance by closing the safety guard and choosing the fast or slow setting.

 ATTENTION!

Only use the lowest speed when mixing heavy dough.

Do not overload the machine. Never fill the machine more than mentioned in the "Specification" table below.

 
In case of heavy operation, the maximum capacity may even be less.


The appliance will not start without closing the safety guard.

 

Step 2:

  • After 2-3 minutes stop the appliance, open the safety guard and add the other half of the flour mix to the kneading bowl.
  • Once the dough is kneaded, stop the appliance and remove the dough from the appliance.

ATTENTION! 

To change speeds, first stop the mixer. Once the mixer has come to a standstill, you can change the speed using the speed button or handle. After the desired speed has been selected press the start button to reactivate the mixer. Changing the speed during operation may cause damage to the motor and/or gearbox.

NOTE: If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the main socket. Clean the appliance according to instructions (see “Cleaning and Maintenance”).
