Maintenance



Meat slicers are low maintenance appliances and do not require extensive maintenance throughout their lifetime. The required maintenance is as follows:

  • Tilt the appliance on its side and apply food-grade grease to the sliding arms guide. 
  • Distribute the grease evenly by sliding the arm back and forth.
  • Place the appliance back onto a flat surface.
