Operating


Step 1:

  • Press the "up" button and then the "start" button, the appliance will now lift the pressure plate to the highest point and stop automatically.
  • Connect the pedal into the 2 pin connector located below the control panel.
  • Once the pressure plate is completely lifted and the appliance is no longer working, tilt the bucket to the right of the appliance and lift it out of place to remove it from the casing.


Step 2:

  • Fill the bucket with diced, or minced meat and then place and lock the bucket back into its original location.
ATTENTION!
Always secure the bucket back into place and align the pressure plate to avoid serious damages to the machine or yourself.
Tighten the exhaust pin before using the appliance.
  • Remove the triangular locking ring from the front of the appliance.
  • Slide the desired size filling nozzle inside of the ring and secure the nozzle by screwing it back onto the appliance.


Step 3:

  • Press the "down" arrow and set the desired speed by using the "+" and "-" icons.
  • Use the foot pedal to gradually push the pressure plate down until the appliance is primed.
ATTENTION!
Never touch the moving parts when the appliance is in motion, this may cause serious injuries.
  • Once the appliance is primed, hold the skin/container on the nozzle and use the foot pedal to push the filling out of the nozzle.


Step 4:

  • When finished, follow the "cleaning" instruction.
  • This machine requires to be cleaned after every use.
