Safety Features

• Thermal Safety Circuit Breaker - The unit comes with a manually reset thermal circuit breaker to protect it from excessive and dangerous temperatures that could be accidentally generated inside. If tripped, the unit will shut down the power supply to the unit. 

• Power failure - In the event of a power failure, the unit will record the progress of the cooking cycle and restart from the point of failure.
