How to set the hysteresis value on a Sf-106 digital Display?

The hysteresis value determines the fluctuation of temperature between when the compressor is cooling and when the compressor is on stand-by.

1. Press the "DOWN" and “SET” button for 10s until it shows "ON" in the display.
2. Press the "SET" button until it shows E1 on the display. This is the minimum temperature usable for the machine. Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to change this setting.
3. Press the "SET" button until it shows E2 on the display. This is the maximum temperature usable for the machine. Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to change this setting.
4. Press the "SET" button until it shows E3. This is the temperature delay before the compressor will kick back in after reaching the needed temperature. Press the “UP” or “DOWN” button to change this setting. Do not lower the setting below 2 degrees.
5. Press the “DOWN” button for 10s again until it shows “OFF” in the display.
6. Press “SET” once, then the display will flash the temperature setting. This is the set temperature at which the compressor will stop working. After this it will start running again after the delay difference has been reached.
