Operation


 

Step 1:

  • Plug in the appliance to the main socket.
  • Make sure there is enough water to cover the food in the container/reservoir you are using.

 

Step 2:

  • Place the stick inside the water and secure it to the side of the reservoir using the fixing knob on the hook of the machine.
  • Press the "SET" button to set the desired temperature (temperature range between 0 - 99C) and use the arrow button to increase or decrease the temperature.
  • Next the appliance will ask you to set a cooking time, set this one by using the arrow buttons as well.

NOTE: You can set the desired temperature unit by simultaneously pressing the arrow buttons together. 

  • Put the food into the water bath.

ATTENTION!

The product you are cooking should be place in a vacuum sealed baggie and then fully submerged into the water bath. When the product is submerged you must also make sure the water doesn't surpass the MAX level on the stick of the appliance.

  • Press the "PLAY" button to start the cooking process.

 

Step 3

  • Once the cooking is finished the machine will beep every 20 seconds.
  • You can now take out the food from the reservoir and the food should be ready for further process.
  • When finished with the appliance, disconnect it from the main socket and keep away from children's reach.

NOTE: 

If the cooking bag is broken during cooking, the food may go out from the bag and may block the circulating channel of the machine. In this case, please remove the food from the tank and change to new water. And clean the filter if it is blocked. To avoid the machine from aging, do not immerse the machine in the water for long time.

Its recommended to clean the appliance at the end of each day, please clean thoroughly according to the "cleaning" guide.
