Operation


 

Step 1:

  • Plug the appliance into the main socket.
  • Plug the foot pedal in the 3 pin socket located next to the speed control.
  • Turn on the appliance with the red power switch.
  • Switch on the speed control panel
  • Press the direction switch to the "UP" position.

 

Step 2: 

  • Unscrew the pressure plate and remove the cylinder by tilting and lifting it out of place.
  • Clean parts before using the appliance with a damp cloth and mild food safe detergent even if the appliance is new.
  • Dry part well and reassemble the appliance.
  • Attach the desired attachment to the bottom of the cylinder and lock it in with the locking ring supplied.


 

Step 3:

  • Tilt the cylinder to fill the appliance with the product you would like to process.
  • Tilt the cylinder back into place and press the direction switch onto the down position.

ATTENTION!

Ensure that the cylinder is perfectly placed before operating.

  • Place skin/reservoir on the exit of the attachment and choose the desired speed using the knob on the speed control panel.

 

Step 4:

  • Press the foot pedal to have the appliance start to press down into the cylinder.
  • Once finished with stuffing, follow the "cleaning" instruction for hygienic requirements, cleaning must be done each time the machine is used.
