Operation
Step 1:
- Make sure you are in a stable area and nothing is blocking the crank rotation area.
- Slide in and lock hand crank to upper gear shaft(fast gear), to lift the piston.
- Lift the piston completely from the cylinder rotating the hand crank.
Step 2:
- Remove the cylinder by simply tilting and lifting it out of place.
- Remove the pressure plate by unscrewing it from the plunger.
- Thoroughly clean and dry both cylinder and pressure plate with a damp cloth and food safe mild detergent.
- Once cleaning is finished screw the pressure plate back onto the plunger and place the cylinder back into its original place.
Step 3:
- Attach the desired attachment to the bottom of the cylinder.
- Tilt the cylinder to add the product you are processing and tilt it back into place.
- Slowly rotate the hand crank to push the piston into the cylinder until the cylinder in positioned on the product.
Step 4:
- Switch the hand crank to the lower gear shaft and lock into place.
- Place the skin/reservoir you are filling onto the nozzle and rotate the crank clockwise to fill.

Step 5:
- When finished follow the "cleaning" instruction for hygienic requirements, cleaning must be done each time the machine is used.
