Cleaning

 

ATTENTION!

This appliance requires daily cleaning due to hygienic requirements. 

 

Step 1: 

  • Lift the pressure plate completely using the upper gear shaft.
  • Remove the cylinder and unscrew the pressure plate.
  • On the pressure plate remove the air exhaust screw located on the radius of the plate.


 

Step 2:

  • Thoroughly clean all loose parts with warm water and mild food safe detergent using a brush or cloth to wipe any meat, grease or other contamination. (This will help dissolve and remove all contamination)
  • Rinse all cleaned parts with warm water to remove any residues.
  • Let parts air dry or manually dry before reassembly.

ATTENTION! 

Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol-based cleaning agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the machine. 

 

Do not use any scourer and sharp or pointed objects during cleaning, this may cause damage to the machine.

 

Never hose down the machine or immerse it in water or any other liquid, instead wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use a steamer to clean the appliance 

 

Never let the power cable or power plug get wet or damp.
