Here you will find information about how to install a gas pasta cooker.
Installation
ATTENTION!
Installation of this device, especially the gas connection, should be done by authorized personnel or certified experts.
If the room where the appliance is located is enclosed your require a hood or ventilation system.
Step 1:
- The machine must be positioned on a flat and stable surface.
- Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven or radiator.
- When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 15 cm (6 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation and ease of use. Make sure that the LPG bottle is located minimum 150cm away from the appliance.
- Place the machine away from flammable materials, liquids and gasses. Also, do not store flammable materials, liquids or gasses nearby.
- Level the appliance using the adjustable feet and position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
The appliance may operate less effectively if not leveled.
Step 2:
- Connect the device to a gas supply with a pressure that is conform machine requirements. You can find the details on the rating label on the appliance.
ATTENTION!
The maximum LPG gas pressure for this device is 50 mbar, a higher value may lead to gas leakage. For Natural Gas the maximum pressure is 25 mbar.
- Ensure that the temperature knobs are "OFF" before operating.
- Plug the appliance into the main socket.(if applicable)
Step 3:
- Check all gas joints by spraying a minimum amount of soapy water to detect any potential leaks.
