Solutions

Ensure the blades are assembled correctly, use the "installation" guide for more detailed explanation.
Make sure the shafts have been assemble correctly and screwed properly.
Check whether the blade is damaged or bent.
Make sure the machine is cleaned well, leaving the machine dirty overnight may dry out leftover meat inside the assembly and blocking the rotation of the blades.
