Here you will find information about installing a meat tenderizer.
Installation
Step 1:
- Position yourself on a flat stable surface.
- Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven or radiator.
Step 2:
- Place the blades inside of the blade holder carefully as they are very sharp.
ATTENTION! Blades are very sharp, only grab by the gears and plastic anchor.
- Once the knifes are positioned place the cover on top and screw the 4 screws with the included metal washer.
- Slide in the guides curving downwards trough the openings on the left and right of the appliance. (see pictures below for a visual prospective).
Step 3:
- Mount the device on the provided stand.
- Place a container/reservoir to collect the processed meat.
