Operation


 

Step 1:

  • Make sure the appliance is well assembled, for more information on assembling visit "Installation" guide.
  • Cut the meat into smaller chucks and make sure no bones are left.
     

Step 2:

  • Gently feed the meat into the machine while rotating the handle clockwise.

ATTENTION! Never push with your hands inside of the feeding tube.

  • Keep rotating until the product ejects out of the bottom.


Step 3:

  • When finished using the appliance always disassemble and clean, please follow the "cleaning" guide.

NOTE: It's recommended to clean the appliance at the end of each day due to hygienic regulations.
