Here you will find information about operating an induction fryer.

Operating

Step 1:

  • Touch the  key to activate the appliance.
  • The “fill oil” indicator should blink followed by an alarm alerting the oil must be filled.

ATTENTION!
The appliance will not operate without oil.

  • Secure the drain tap and fill oil level between the “Min” and “Max” markers in the reservoir.

Step 2:

  • Once you have the reservoir with the required amount of oil, press the  key to end the filling process.
  • Touch the & keys to set the desired temperature (ranges between 60 to 190°C). This will light up the“Heating” light and once the oil has reached the set temperature the  “Keep warm” light will light up instead.

Step 3:

  • Insert your product into the basket and gently place inside the reservoir.
  • If desired a timer can be set with the key, this allows you to chose a time (between 0 – 120 min).

NOTE: The appliance is equipped with an overheat protection for safety. If the temperature becomes too high, a “buzzer” will sound and the appliance will switch off automatically. The display will also show code “E02”. In case the overheat protection is activated, please let the appliance cool down. After the cooling down period reset the safety limiter (switch is located at the back of the appliance) and reactivate. The appliance should function like normal afterwards.

Step 4:

  • When not used, switch “OFF” the appliance with thekey.
  • Leave the oil rest for a few hours before draining it as it remains very hot even after shutting down the appliance.

NOTE: If the appliance will not be used for a longer period of time, remove the plug from the socket, drain the oil and clean the appliance according to the "cleaning" recommended instruction.
