Solutions

 

  • Ensure the gas switch is turned "ON".
  • This may indicate that the thermocouple, burner, or gas valve is falling, try contacting the supplier and explain the faults.
  • If this is the first time setting up the appliance, make sure that you have exhausted all the air in the hose. To do this hold the temperature knob on the pilot position for around 3 minutes.
  • Make sure you are using the correct injector for the gas type used, check the table below for more information.

The maximum LPG gas pressure for this device is 50 mbar, for Natural Gas the maximum pressure is 25 mbar. A higher value may lead to gas leakage.
