Operation
ATTENTION!
Check your gas connection before every use. When you suspect leakage, please perform a leakage test and contact a professional to solve the problem. Do not start the appliance when you suspect a gas leak.
Step 1:
- Use a lighter or match to light the burners on the appliance.
- Press and hold the corresponding temperature control knob located on the side of the appliance. Wait about 10 seconds with the knob pressed down and turn the knob to the desired temperature setting for the burner to hold the flame.
- Let the burner(s) operate for at least 2 minutes before introducing the meat.
Step 2:
- Unscrew the bottom skewer lock and gently slide the skewer out.
- Fit the meat onto the skewer and replace the skewer into its original position.
- Use the top screw to adjust the tilt of the meat to the burner, fix the screw on the required tilt.
- Turn on the skewer rotation motor by using the "I/II" button to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise.
Step 3:
- Carefully set the desired temperature on each temperature knob depending on your requirements. The knob can be adjusted between the "MIN & MAX" FLAME.
NOTE: Allow the appliance to reach the selected temperature before increasing the temperature to prevent the food from burning.
- Regularly check if the meat is well cooked according to the local food regulations.
Step 4:
- Wipe down the machine with a dry cloth in between uses and empty the filter/drip tray regularly to avoid overflow.
- Switch off all burners and motors when the appliance is not in use.
ATTENTION!
The appliance remains hot after use for a period of time. Let the appliance cool down before cleaning.
- It's recommended to clean the appliance at the end of each day, please clean thoroughly according to the "cleaning" guide.
