Operating


 

Step 1:

  • Place the bowl on the appliance ensuring that it falls into the lock and also fasten the bottom lock clips.
  • Place the circular knife in the bowl and load the bowl with the product being processed.

ATTENTION!

It’s important that the knife locks into place when put into the bowl.


The products that are being processed should be inserted in smaller chunks, this will prevent damage to the motor and gearbox.

Never load the bowl more than 50% of its maximum capacity. In case of heavy operation, this capacity may even be less. Consult your authorized reseller in case of doubt.

 

Step 2:

  • Once all is loaded inside the bowl, place the lid ensuring that it makes contact with the safety switch on the lid rest.
  • Swing the lid holder on its locking position and make sure the safety clicks off when the lid holder is in the operating position.
  • Select the desired speed with the speed knob located under the "ON/OFF" control panel.
  • Once the speed is selected press the "ON" button to start the appliance.
  • While processing more products can be added through the filling hole on the lid. 

ATTENTION! 

Ensure that when adding product through the lid this doesn't fill the bowl more than 50% of its maximum capacity.

 

NOTE: 

The appliance will only start if the safety switches are activated.


When cutting light batches it is recommended that the cutter is not used continuously for a time period of more than 30 minutes and a cooling-off period of 15-20 minutes should be allowed between cycle


When cutting heavier batches it is recommended that the cutter does not run for more than 15 minutes continuously and a cooling-off period of 20-30 minutes should be allowed between batches.

In any case of emergency press the "OFF" button to stop the appliance.

 

Step 3:

  • After the products have been processed, press the "OFF" button to stop the machine.
  • Rotate the lid safely counter-clockwise.

ATTENTION! 

It’s important to rotate the safety in the correct direction. If rotated in the opposite direction the safety switch will be misplaced which may cause function issues next time using the appliance.

  • Remove the lid and circular knife.
  • Finally, unclip the bowl from the appliance

 

Step 4:

  • When finished using the appliance it is necessary to clean the accessories according to the "cleaning" guide.

ATTENTION! 

Regular cleaning is necessary to prolong the use of the appliance and because of sanitary regulations.

NOTE: If the appliance will not be used for a longer period, please remove the plug from the main socket.
