Operation


 

Step 1:

  • Make sure the parts have been assembled correctly according to "installation" guide.
  • Fill the oil reservoir with adequate frying oil. Make sure to keep the oil level between the Min/Max lines.
  • Use the power switch to activate the appliance.
  • Set the temperature using the temperature dial, the light indicator should light up showing that the appliance is heating up.

 

Step 2:

  • Once the heating light indicator turns off the appliance has reached the set temperature.
  • Add the batter to the batter dispenser.
  • Set the desired cooking time.
  • Reset the production counter. (if desired)
  • Place a container at the drop point to collect the finished donuts when ejected.
  • Activate the donut drop switch to start production.

 

Step 3:

  • When the appliance is no longer in use, turn the temperature dial back to "0" to turn off the machine.
  • Follow the "cleaning" guide to prolong the appliance life expectancy.

NOTE: Due to hygienic regulations it is recommended to clean the appliance daily.
