Operating


 

Step 1:

  • Use the temperature knob to set the desired temperature.
  • The green light temperature indicator should be on, this means the oven is bringing the temperature up to the desired amount. Once the temperature is reached this indicator will shut off and the oven will be up to temperature.

 

Step 2: 

  • Once the oven temperature is reached place your product in the cooking chamber.
  • Use the cooking timer to set the required cooking time.
  • Once the time on the timer ends then the oven will shut off automatically.
  • Remove the product from the cooking chamber. 

ATTENTION!

High temperatures, handle with care or risk serious injury. Using protective gloves is recommended.

  • When not in use turn "OFF" the appliance. 

NOTE: If the appliance is not being used for a longer period then it's recommended to remove the plug from the socket and follow the "Cleaning" guide.

 

Step 3: (Using the grill function, only for ovens with grill)

The grill function enables the user the use the top heating element only.

 

ATTENTION!

The convection and grill functions cannot be used simultaneously. Deactivate the grill function when using convection and vice versa when using the grill function.

  • Use the grill knob to increase to temperature and the grill green indicator will light up.
  • Following the operating instruction above, it's recommended to use the upper part of the oven when using the grill function.

 

Step 4: (Using the steam function, only for ovens with steam)


  • The steam function enables the user to spray water in the oven during the cooking process to maximize humidity.

ATTENTION!

The steam function can only be used if the water supply has been connected to the oven.

  • Use the “spray” button to start humidification. The indicator will activate accordingly. The humidification process will continue as long as the button remains pressed and stop when the button is released.
