Operations

 
 

Step 1:

  • Press the power button(1) to exit standby mode, the temperature and time display will turn on displaying the current temperature inside of the chamber and last time value set.

NOTE: The "SET(2)" button is used to cycle between the following parameters:

Temperature, Time and Temperature Scale.

 

To set your preferred temperature unit (ᵒC/ᵒF) hold the "SET" and "-" buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds.

 

While the machine is operational press the “SET” key to view the set temperature and time for the current cycle. The parameters will switch back to the actual value after 5 seconds.

  • Press the set key until the desired parameter is flashing and press the +/-buttons(4) to adjust the value. (temp range: -30ᵒC to +25ᵒC (-22ᵒF to +77ᵒF))(Time range: 0.10 to 99.59).


Step 2: 

  • Press the "Start/Stop" Button(3) to start the appliance with the set values, the display indicators will light up and the time will starts to count down. Pressing the button again will stop the cycle and display the current inner temperature.

 

ATTENTION!

To protect the compressor, do not stop and start the appliance in rapid succession.

Functions

Quick freeze(5): Shortcut key for quick freeze mode. Temperature set to -18ᵒC (0ᵒF), time set to 04:00 minutes. Select and press start/stop key (3) to initiate.

 

Rapid cooling(6): Shortcut key for rapid cooling mode. Temperature set to +3ᵒC (+38ᵒF), time set to 01:30 minutes. Select and press start/stop key (3) to initiate.

 

NOTE: After a cooling program has ended, the appliance will enter preservation mode. This will keep the product at set temperature. However, it is not recommended to store food inside the appliance for a long period.

 

Step 3 (Temperature probe(7)):

  • When using the supplied core temperature probe(7) make sure the appliance is switched "OFF".
  • Plug the probe to the socket located inside the cooling chamber, the socket is covered and should always be covered if not in use.
  • Insert the probe to the center of the product currently being cooled and press the core temperature probe(7) button for the machine to display the temperature detected by the probe.
  • Press the button again to display the current inner chamber temperature.

NOTE: For accurate measurements, make sure the tip section (A) of the probe is inserted into the center of the product.

 

Step 4 (Deep Freeze(8)):

 

NOTE: When using the appliance normally the set temperature will be met only inside the chamber. The deep freeze function allows to achieve target temperature inside the core of the product. (Probe required)

  • Press the deep freeze button(8), this will light up the deep freeze icon.
  • Now that the function is set you can proceed to pressing the "Start/Stop" button(3) to start the cooling cycle.


 

Step 5 (defrost(9)):

  • Press the defrost button(9) to activate the defrost cycle.
  • The defrost indicator will light up and the defrosting process will begin.
  • Defrosting is finished when the indicator lights "OFF"

 

Step 6:

  • When the appliance is not in use, turn "OFF" the appliance by pressing the green switch to the off position.
     

NOTE: If the appliance is not being used for a longer period then its recommended to remove the plug from the socket and following the "Cleaning" guide.
