Blades do not rotate, even though the Start button has been pressed.

Main fuse may be blown.

Check the main fuse. Ensure the electricity is on.

Aluminium pusher disc drum may be stuck.

Turn off the machine by pressing the Stop button. Open the feeding hopper and solve the stuck problem and try again.

The feeding hopper may not be fully closed.

When the feeding hopper is closed, the magnetic sensor recognizes the hopper and activates it. Ensure the feeding hopper is closed before operation.

Blade block group may not be in place.

When the blade group is closed, the magnetic sensor recognizes the blade and becomes activated. Ensure the blade is correctly installed before operations.

Blades do not cut.

Blades may be blunt.

Replace blunt blades with new ones.

There may not be enough potatoes

in the aluminium pusher to push the potatoes to the blades.

 

This is normal. Throw more potatoes into the feeding hopper and continue operation.

The blades may be stuck and not able to rotate.

Remove stuck potatoes with care.

Last potato remains between the blades.
