Maintenance & Cleaning
Regularly check the power plug and power cable for damage. If either is damaged, do not use the appliance. Instead, have it repaired by a certified electrician.
Periodic maintenance should be carried out by an experienced technician. It is recommended to carry out maintenance at least every six months, depending on the frequency of use. Periodic maintenance conducted by authorized service personnel from Maxima is charged, even the guarantee period has not expired.
Daily | Cleaning & disinfecting | Remove and clean the pusher disc and blade group after each use. Parts may be cleaned with water and mild detergent and must be rinsed thoroughly. Do not put the parts or accessories in the dishwasher. |
Weekly | Surface cleaning | It’s recommended to wipe the exterior of the appliance at least once a week. |
