ATTENTION
The dough mix should never exceed the maximum capacity indicated for each model.
Do not place any hard objects, or your hands, inside the mixer.
Do not move the distribution belt and chains manually as this may damage the motor.
This appliance should never be operated without a grounded electrical connection.
NOTE:
This appliance will not start if the safety guard and bowl are not set in place correctly.
This appliance should not be used continuously for an extended period of time. It is not recommended to run the appliance longer than 30 minutes.
- First, put half of the flour or dry ingredients required to make the mixture in the bowl, followed by half of the water needed.
- To turn on the appliance, make sure the safety guard is closed, then set the desired speed and press the Start button.
ATTENTION
Ensure that the safety guard is closed before turning on the appliance. The appliance will not work if the safety guard is not properly closed.
- When the first half of the mixture is thoroughly combined, stop the machine using the Stop button, lift the safety guard and add the rest of the dough ingredients. Close the safety guard, set the desired speed and press the Start button again to continue.
- When mixing is finished, the appliance can be stopped by pressing the Stop button.
- Ensure that the appliance is turned off and disconnect the power supply before removing the dough from the mixing bowl.
Function:
To remove the bowl, turn the plate under the bowl clockwise until the bowl is loose. (See illustration below)
