Please follow the following instructions carefully in other to successfully replace gas system for a gas fryer.

Step 1: Changing Burner injectors

• Start by opening the front panel of the machine.
• Unscrew the burner injectors with the appropriate wrench(be careful not to drop the injector inside the diffuser hole).
• Make sure to install the correct injector according to the gas type you are planning on using. (Check the table below for more information about injector types).
• Mount the injectors to the injector assembly carefully.

Step 2: Changing Pilot injector.

The above picture shows the exact location of the pilot injector.

• Unscrew the collar holding the pilot injector.
• Replace with the correct pilot according to gas type in use and the table above.
• Finally remount the injector with the correct wrench.

Step 3: Adjusting Air flow

The final step is to adjust the air flow.

• The burner's air adjustment can be release by unscrewing the screw and ring washer shown in the picture.
• Set the air adjustment ring to the value indicated on the table above.
• Tighten the screw on the correct setting.
  
• Finally remount the front panel and the appliance is ready to by used.
