Solution
The following guide will instruct how to disassemble each component in a whipped cream machine.
1) Aspiration tube and rotary pressure pump regulator disassembly:
- Remove the cover (1) located on the refrigeration tank, remove the aspiration tube (2) by pulling it out of the tube and unscrew the air regulation knob (5) in an anticlockwise direction.
- Extract the valve holder (6) vertically and remove the adjustment valve (7) from it by sliding it out from the bottom. (do not lose the spring!)
- Extract the air regulator (3) vertically from the pump cover (4).
- (Ensure not to lose any "O" rings)
2) Dispensing tap, labyrinth tube and labyrinth disassembly:
- Rotate the dispensing tap (8) by 45°, in a clockwise direction, and remove it from the appliance carefully.
- Remove the labyrinth tube (9) from the dispensing tap (8).
- Remove the labyrinth (11) fixing rod (10) from the pump cover (4).
- Remove the labyrinth (11) from the machine.
- Make sure not to lose any O-rings (12)
3) Outlet nozzle, splash guard and cream distributor disassembly:
- Remove the outlet nozzle (13) from the cream distributor (14) by unscrewing it in an anticlockwise direction.
- Remove the cream distributor (14) from the dispensing tap (8), by unscrewing it in an anticlockwise direction using the labyrinth fixing rod (10).
- Make sure not to lose the O-ring (15)
