Operation
Functions:
A) Set Button: Enables the user to prompt and set the desired temperature and time.
B) Arrow Buttons: Enables the user to edit the current selected parameter. (can be press simultaneously to change between F & C.
C) Start/Stop Button: Enables the user to start & stop the appliance.
D) Temperature Display: Displays the set and current temperature value.
E) Time Display: Displays set or remaining time the appliance will be operational.
F) Celsius indicator: light indicating the temperature value displayed is currently in Celsius.
G) Fahrenheit indicator: light indicating the temperature value displayed is currently in Fahrenheit.
Step 1:
- Open the lid and fill the container with water in between the MIN/MAX indications.
- Use the power switch located at the back of the machine to turn "ON" the appliance.
Step 2:
- Press the set button to prompt the temperature & time input and use the arrow keys the enter the desired values for each parameter.
- Place vacuum packed products inside of the reservoir.
ATTENTION!
Make sure the water level doesn't surpass the MAX indicator engraved in the container but still covers the product.
- Close the lid and press the start button.
Step 3:
- Once the appliance is finished it will "beep" every 20 seconds until the start/stop button is pressed to stop the cooking process.
NOTE: The water will be maintained at the current temperature after processing for 30 minutes.
- Remove the lid and products from the machine, now the products are ready for further processing.
Step 4:
- After using the appliance, use the power switch at the back of the machine to switch "OFF" the appliance.
