Operation
Step 1:
- Fill the reservoir with water. Make sure to keep the water level between the Min/Max markers located inside the reservoir.
- Switch "ON" the appliance by using the power switch located in front of the appliance or simply by turning the temperature dial depending on the model being used.
- Select the desired temperature, the light indicator will light up, this indicates that the appliance is heating up.
ATTENTION!
Never operate the appliance without water in the reservoir.
Step 2:
- Once the light indicator switches "OFF" the temperature has been reached, gently take the basket out of the reservoir and place the product in the basket.
- Gently lower the basket back into the water, don't forget to set a timer.
- Once the product is cooked as desired, lift the basket out of the hot water and let it drain back into the reservoir.
- After draining the excess water, empty the basket into a suitable container for further processing of the product.
Step 3:
- Switch off the appliance when not in use.
ATTENTION!
The water in the reservoir remains hot for a while even after switching off the appliance.
- Follow the "cleaning" guide after each use to prolong the life expectancy of the appliance.
NOTE: Due the hygienic regulations it's recommended to clean the appliance after every use.
