Operation


 

Step 1:

  • Remove the lid from the machine.
  • Add the products being processed from the top.

ATTENTION! 

Make sure not to overload the machine, respect the maximum load mentioned for the equivalent model being used.

  • Place the lid back on the top.

 

Step 2:

  • Rotate the drive arm until all products are well distributed and mixed.

 

Step 3:

  • Remove the product and place in a suitable container.
  • When finished with the machine please follow the "cleaning" guide.

NOTE: This machine requires daily cleaning due to hygienic regulations.
