Operation
Step 1:
- Remove the lid from the machine.
- Add the products being processed from the top.
ATTENTION!
Make sure not to overload the machine, respect the maximum load mentioned for the equivalent model being used.
- Place the lid back on the top.
Step 2:
- Rotate the drive arm until all products are well distributed and mixed.
Step 3:
- Remove the product and place in a suitable container.
- When finished with the machine please follow the "cleaning" guide.
NOTE: This machine requires daily cleaning due to hygienic regulations.
