Operation

Step 1:

• Insure the installation was done properly.
• Open the valve on the CO2 cylinder.

Step 2:

• Hold the glass under the hood using one hand and gently push on the hood downwards with the other hand.
  
• Hold the glass for about 5 seconds to have a nice ice layer.

Step 3:

• Once finished using the appliance, please close the CO2 cylinder valve. 
• Make sure to wipe the hood of the appliance once it is not frozen.
