Maintenance


This appliance requires periodic maintenance, depending on the usage, one must be carried out at least every 6 months. Periodic maintenance should be carried out by technical service personnel.

 

Step 1:

  • Turn off the gas valve before any maintenance or cleaning.
  • Check and clean the appliance, its parts, and accessories (if applicable).

 

Step 2:

  • Close gas supply and remove the bottom panel for access to the gas circuit by removing the 4 screws holding the panel.
  • Make sure injector openings are completely clean. Injectors can be changed depending on the country's gas regulations. 
  • Air rings should be cleaned with a brush making sure there are no impurities in the flame channel.

NOTE: Air mixers should always be set by authorized service personnel.

  • The pilot should be well-positioned in order for the flame to touch the thermocouple. The gas pilot is also equipped with a gas release nozzle, this can change depending on the country's gas regulations. 
  • Gas hoses must be checked to ensure no impurities are clogged inside the gas hoses.

ATTENTION! The following instructions must be performed by an experienced technician. If these actions are taken by non-certified personnel then the warranty for this product will be voided.

 

Step 3:

  • Reassemble all dismantled parts
  • Check gas lines and connections with soapy water to ensure there are no leakages after installation.
