Here you will find information about how to install a new gas fryer.
Installation
Step 1:
- The machine must be positioned on a flat and stable surface.
- Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven, or radiator.
- When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 20 cm (8 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation and ease of use.
- Place the machine away from flammable materials, liquids, and gasses. Also, do not store flammable materials, liquids, or gasses nearby.
- Position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
Step 2:
- Position the gas supply minimum of 50 cm away from the appliance.
NOTE: All of the gas connections of the appliances should comply with ISO 7-1 or ISO 228-1
The inlet provided on the appliance is 1/2" in diameter, the connection must be made with pressure regulation according to the country you are in.

- Connect the gas line to the appliance, and open the gas supply valve.
Step 3:
- Assemble the parts and accessories (if applicable).
- Level the appliance using the adjustable feet and position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
The appliance may operate less effectively if not leveled.
