Operation


 

Step 1: 

  • Make sure the appliance is positioned flat and is stable before using.
  • Use the upper lever to set the desired thickness of the dough.
  • The lower double-sided lever controls the rolling direction of the conveyor belt.
  • The top stainless steel covers need to be at their lowermost position for the appliance to operate.

 

Step 2: 

  • Place the dough you would like to process on one side of the conveyor belt.
  • Adjust the size of the dough press with the upper lever.

ATTENTION!

Its recommended to gradually decrease the size of the press for minimal stress on the motor and the best life expectancy of the appliance.

  • Once adjusted push the lever to the opposite side of where the dough was placed.
  • Repeat this process as many times as it takes to achieve the desired results.

 

Step 3:

  • Once the dough has reached the desired thickness, carefully take the processed dough.
  • If the machine is no longer being used you can now unplug the power supply.

ATTENTION!

It is necessary to clean the appliance after every use to minimize the reproduction of bacteria, please follow the "cleaning" guide.
