Here you will find information about operating a dough roller.
Operation
Step 1:
- If you have a foot pedal connect it into the socket on the side of the appliance and place it within operating range.
- Set the dough thickness as per your requirements.
NOTE: It's recommended to start with 4 mm and then lower the thickness as you process the dough multiple times.
- To select rolling thickness pull the dial outwards and turn it to the desired position, then release it to lock it in the current position.
ATTENTION!
Only adjust the dial when the appliance is switched "OFF".
Step 2:
- To turn "ON" the appliance press the power switch to the "I" position, if using the foot peddle use the "II" position.
NOTE: When using the foot pedal the appliance will only operate when pressure is applied to the foot pedal.
- (automatic roller only): This appliance allows you to set the desired operating time. To do this simply use the "SET TIME" button to set the desired operating time and the machine will automatically start once the dough is introduced to the rolling pin assembly, when the time finishes the appliance will stop automatically.
Step 3:
- Shape the dough into a small disk and introduce it into the rolling pins.
ATTENTION!
Make sure to apply some flour to the dough so that it doesn't stick to the rollers.
- Support the dough as it exits the rolling assembly, then rotate it 90°and reintroduce it into the roller.
- Do this multiple times until the desired result is obtained.
Step 4:
- When the appliance is no longer in use, press the power switch to the "0" position to turn "OFF" the appliance.
- Always clean the appliance after use following the "cleaning" guide.
