Solutions

Make sure that the appliance is plugged into a compatible plug and the switch is turned on.
Ensure that the temperature is set higher than "0" on the temperature dial.
Check whether the power switch is still working, if not then please contact a technician or supplier.
The power switch is working but the machine is not getting hot when the temperature is set, this indicates that the heating element is defective, please contact a technician or supplier.
