Solution

Press and hold the "DOWN" arrow button till the (Min) label is displayed
Use the "UP" & "DOWN" buttons to browse the list of parameters as shown below.
To choose and modify, press the "SET" button and then navigate with the "UP" & "DOWN" buttons. To confirm your choice press the "SET" button again.
To exit the "RTC" menu press the "SET" & "UP" buttons simultaneously.
