First Time Use
- Upon receipt and delivery ensure that the machine is in the exact condition described in the enclosed documentation and that all accessories are included. Missing items should be reported to the manufacturer or dealer immediately. Damage caused during transport should be reported to the shipping agent and the machine’s distributor immediately.
Save all packaging materials in case the machine needs to be returned or for inspection by the freight carrier.
- Remove any protective film from all surfaces.
- If your machine is supplied with a factory-fitted moulded plug, then you may plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet. Make sure that the voltage of the machine and the wall outlet are compatible.
If your machine is not supplied with a factory-fitted moulded plug, then a qualified electrical engineer must be contacted to wire the unit to the power supply.
- Clean the accessories and the appliance with lukewarm water and a soft cloth before using it for the first time (use water with a very mild detergent).
- After cleaning, wait for the appliance to dry completely and then plug the appliance into the power socket.
- Level and position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
