Solutions

1. The bag is not positioned correctly. If the bag is folded in half, or the end is slightly outside the machine, no air can be exhausted.
2. Check whether the sealing beam is correctly positioned. If the bar is caught against the rubber of the lid or the opening is pinched, the air cannot be extracted from the bag.
