Solutions
- Ensure that the water reservoir is not blocked by the ice being produced. Remove ice from reservoir.
- Check if the ice turning motor is defective or broken (only for Crushed ice models). Replace the ice turning motor.
- Ensure there is no damage on the water reservoir. Replace water reservoir if damaged.
