Cleaning


 

Step 1:

  • Make sure the appliance is turned off and unplugged from the main socket.
  • Let the appliance, and the water inside, cool down before any cleaning or maintenance is being done to the appliance. 

 

Step 2:

  • Once the appliance has cooled down, use the tap to dispense any remaining water in the dispenser.
  • Clean the accessories and the appliance with a damp cloth (water with mild detergent). Dry the appliance completely by using a dry towel.
  • Clean the kettle and cover with water and soap (water with mild detergent) 

 

Step 3:

  • After frequent use the appliance may develop calcification inside the reservoir, this can be removed by using plain white vinegar or food grade decalcifier.
     

NOTE: If the appliance is being clean with a decalcifying agent, its recommended to rinse the appliance at least 2 times with lots of water.

ATTENTION! 

Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol-based cleaning agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the machine. 

 

Do not use any scourer and sharp or pointed objects during cleaning, this may cause damage to the machine.

 

Never hose down the machine or immerse it in water or any other liquid, instead wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use a steamer to clean the appliance 

 

Never let the power cable or power plug get wet or damp.

 

Never clean the appliance or accessories in the dishwasher.
