Installation
ATTENTION!
Installation of this device, especially the gas connection, should be done by authorized personnel or certified experts.
The device requires a ventilation system with a capacity of at least 300 m3 per hour, if the room where the appliance is located is enclosed you require a hood or ventilation system.
Step 1:
- The machine must be positioned on a flat and stable surface.
- Choose a surface where the machine is not exposed to direct sunlight, or close to a direct source of heat such as a cooker, oven, or radiator.
- When positioning the appliance, maintain a distance of 15 cm (6 inches) between the appliance and walls or other objects for ventilation and ease of use. Make sure that the LPG bottle is located a minimum of 150cm away from the appliance.
- Place the machine away from flammable materials, liquids, and gasses. Also, do not store flammable materials, liquids, or gasses nearby.
- Level the appliance using the adjustable feet and position the machine in such a way that the plug is accessible at all times.
The appliance may operate less effectively if not leveled.
Step 2:
- Connect the device to a gas supply with a pressure that conforms to machine requirements. You can find the details on the rating label on the appliance.
ATTENTION!
The maximum LPG gas pressure for this device is 50 mbar, a higher value may lead to gas leakage. For Natural Gas the maximum pressure is 25 mbar.
- Ensure that the temperature knobs are "OFF" before operating.
- Plug the appliance into the main socket. (if applicable)
Step 3:
- Check all gas joints by spraying a minimum amount of soapy water to detect any potential leaks.
