Solutions
- Make sure that the compressor radiator is not dusty. Remove any dust with a brush and pressurized air.
- Check if the fan is running. If not running please contact a service specialist.
- Ensure the defrost function is not active, this function will automatically bring up the temperature for a short time to defrost the accumulated ice that has formed inside of the freezer cabin.
- Make sure that the door rubber is intact and properly seals the door when closed. If not replace the rubber seal.
- Try to turn off the freezer for 24 hours and restart the appliance, ice formation inside the freezer could reduce the cooling capacity.
