Solutions

• Make sure that the blade runs freely from the bowl without scraping or grinding against the bowl.
  
• Ensure that the spinning shaft is not touching the middle tube of the bowl, If touching you may need to reposition the bowl loosen the bottom locks.
• Check if the rotating shaft makes noise when spun on its own, you may spin the shaft by hand while the machine is completely turned "OFF". If the noise persists the bearings are damaged and need to be repaired before using the appliance again.
