Cleaning


 

Step 1:

  • Switch "OFF" and disconnect the power supply before cleaning or maintenance.
  • Check the power plug and power cable for damage. If either is damaged do not use the appliance until repaired by an electrical engineer.

 

Step 2:

  • Access the rolling pins by removing the protective transparent cover.
  • Undo the spring under the thickness regulator to access the scrapers under the rolling pins.
  • Clean parts and accessories using a brush, damp cloth, or sponge with warm soapy water.
  • Clean the appliance using a damp cloth, warm water, and a mild food-safe detergent mixture. Always dry the appliance and accessories after cleaning, you can use a soft cloth for this.

NOTE: It is recommended to lubricate the rolling pins, shafts, and gears once a year. This process requires extensive disassembly, please contact the supplier for service or support.

ATTENTION! 

Never use aggressive cleaning agents or abrasives. Do not use solvents or petrol-based cleaning agents. Some cleaning agents may leave harmful residues or cause damage to the machine. 

 

Do not use any scourer and sharp or pointed objects during cleaning, this may cause damage to the machine.

 

Never hose down the machine or immerse it in water or any other liquid, instead wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Do not use a steamer to clean the appliance 

 

Never let the power cable or power plug get wet or damp.

 

Never clean the appliance or accessories in the dishwasher.
